We are so sorry to announce that the 2020 Welwyn Festival is cancelled due to the Covid 19 outbreak. Although we very much hope that the situation in the UK will have improved enormously by the end of June, nothing is certain, so we have made the difficult decision to cancel all events.

Welwyn Festival Privacy Policy

 

This is Version 1.0 of Welwyn Festival privacy policy, effective 25 May 2018. Welwyn Festival collects some generic information automatically, solely to help Welwyn Festival determine the success and usefulness of its internet sites. We retain your Personal Data for the period of time you are studying with Welwyn Festival and a further 5 years after your last course completion date, in case you wish to continue studying with us, or start another course.   In some cases we retain Personal Data for longer, if doing so is necessary to pursue our legitimate business interests (but only if those interests are not overridden by your own interests, rights and freedoms), comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or collect fees owed, conduct audits, or if doing so is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, rule or regulation. Afterwards, we dispose of your Personal Data securely, but may retain some information in a depersonalized or aggregated form but not in a way that would identify you personally.
